The SASH Effect is a coaching consultancy enterprise that provides executive coaching, business coaching, business development training, and special projects—utilizing the top-rated The Self-Managing Leadership® (SML®) coaching platform for executive coaching. This includes coaching, developing a 90-day action plan, and implementation. Clients will undergo a rigorous process with Sheila in their area(s) of choice and will leave the program with the necessary tools and skills to improve their leadership skills.
Hi! I am Sheila Mixon
President & CEO of The SASH Effect. I have over 40 years of experience in business development, the financial services industry, and the not-for-profit sector. Most recently, I served as the Executive Director for the Women’s Business Enterprise Council Ohio River Valley (WBEC ORV) and the Senior Vice President of the Business Development and Entrepreneurship department for the Urban League of Greater Southwestern Ohio. Helping small businesses succeed is at the core of everything I do, and I am passionate about seeing them grow and thrive.

The SASH Effect was established by Sheila A. Mixon in June of 2022. She birthed this concept out of her passion for helping small businesses succeed. Mixon has made a career of supporting small businesses, and she remains committed to this as it’s her passion and purpose in life to use her business acumen to help others thrive.
